Conceptual Design & Consultations
At our initial meeting we work with you to determine your design style, size of home, key design elements and general flow of the home. We ask you how you use your home and what you like and don’t like in home design. Using this information we come up with a design we think you’ll love. Is it too early to put ideas to paper? Set up a consultation with us and we’ll spit-ball ideas with you on how to get you everything you dream of.

Once the design has been finalized we create Construction drawings which meet or exceed Ontario Building Code regulations.
